Q: How do I list my property?
A: Click on 'List Your Home' found at the top left of the homeforhire site.

Q: Can homeforhire.com help me with uploading my property?
A: Yes we can help you. Please email us and one of our team will contact you.

Q: I can’t upload my photo’s?
A: Please email us that you are having a problem and one of our staff will contact you.

Q: How do I charge a higher price for periods like New years eve, Easter, public holidays, special events, etc?
A: In the bottom third of the Property Checklist on your set up page for your property you will find the 'Special Period Prices' This is the best place to enter these prices.

Q: I charge a bond when renting my place. Can I show this on my site with homeforhire.
A: When you load your house into our system you are able to include that a bond of whatever amount you require is payable prior to arrival. You can also indicate set how long you require to inspect the property before the bond is returned.
This is done in in the 'Payment terms' part of your property setup

Q: I am having a problem uploading photo's
A: This may be because your photo's files are to large. 600kb to 1mb seems to give the best results.

Q: We have a Bed and Breakfast is it possible to list it with home for hire?
A: Yes you can list with us. However we are primarily focussed on self catering properties and therefore are not able to list by room.
We have a number of Bed and Breakfast places that list the whole property for one price with us.
