Q: We have received no booking acceptance from a property owner?
A: If after 2 or 3 days you have received no confirmation we recommend trying another property. Note you can make several booking requests as there is no obligation until a booking deposit has been made.
Q: Are the exchange rates for the currency exchange current?
A: The exchange rates are updated every day.
Q: Can I make a booking by phone?
A: We will endeavor to assist you if you call. However all bookings must be completed online. Check availability and prices on the calendar for the home you have chosen. You will be guided through easy steps to complete a booking . If the owner has enabled instant booking you will be able to confirm the booking immediately by making a deposit by credit card. If the owner requires notification of a booking enquiry they will be sent one by email and will accept themselves if the booking can proceed. At that point you will be able to enter your credit card details to secure the booking.
Q: I can’t get a price for a period of time that I have requested?
A: This probably means that the owner has not input a price for that period. Please contact homeforhire and we will assist.
Q: Am I committed when I make a booking request?
A: No, a booking is not confirmed until payment of a deposit has been received.
