The home is very comfortable and perfect for a family with children. We enjoyed the house very much. It's lovely and a very dramatic and beautiful setting.

This beautiful architecturally designed 3 bedroom house is located on a 1.25 acre section in a private gated community with stunning lake and mountain views, receiving all day sun.

Spacious open plan living and dining area with large open log fireplace and heat pump, ensures you are cosy and warm in the winter. In the summer open the double glazed bi folding doors and enjoy the outside gas BBQ area and 1.25 acres of lawn with panoramic lake and mountain views. Sit back, relax with a glass of Central Otago wine, play your favorite music on the BOSE sound system, watch a DVD or Sky TV. Wireless broadband available. Scenic Retreat has an outside trampoline to entertain the children. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric oven with gas hobs allows for ease of entertaining and is the heart of this home. All glassware, cookware and utensils are provided for your stay.

Location:

Our house is 10km from Queesntown International Airport and the major shopping area, Frankton, then we are another 6km to Queenstown. We are only 6 km to The Remarkable Ski area and maybe 30km to Coronet peak. And say 40 mins to Cardrona ski are (near Wanaka).
