One of the first houses to ever grace the area, we believe it has one of the the best views and location in Tirimoana (near to Anakiwa). We are very close to Picton (30 mins) for Ferry access and Blenheim (45 mins) for the wine-trails and excellent local food. Linkwater shops are 5 mins away for basics. The Queen Charlotte walking track is 10 mins walk away along with many other walks. 2 mins to a public jetty for boat access. Mountain biking, boating, fishing, etc. That being said, you will probably never want to leave as it is so idyllic and peaceful.
