If you enjoy a holiday outdoors, sightseeing or just relaxing then we welcome you to Visâo dos Campos, where you can create your own luxury camping experience in Central Portugal.
No sharing of amenities or communal bathrooms, the garden is exclusively yours with everything you need, including your own organic vegetable garden and fruit trees – please help yourself !
You can spend your day relaxing and reading in your garden, chilling out over a BBQ lunch or dinner.
In the surrounding area there are mountains, rivers, lakes, ancient cities, medieval villages and towns with abbeys, cathedrals and castles - all to explore and absorb the culture of this gentle Nation.
After a day touring you can relax on your Trapper’s Tent balcony with a glass of fine local wine as the sun sets down the valley.
You may like to spend a day kayaking down the Mondego River or horse riding through the mountains and villages.
Abseiling or even fishing for wild carp or trout in the nearby Alva and Ceira Rivers.
You are not remote, yet the surrounding mountainous woodland is ideal trekking and mountain biking. And for that romantic evening meal out – there are numerous traditional restaurants to choose from, all within a fifteen minute drive.
For those who really cannot leave their computers behind, there is high speed wi-fi connection on site.
