Beach Paradise

An idyllic villa right on the beach at the tranquil Praia Rasa in Búzios. Your place, if you are looking for privacy, relaxing moments in a hammock listening to the breaking waves or parrots passing by. Imagine sipping a caipirinha during the sunset or enjoying barbequed seafood. Villa do Sol is stylishly furnished with artworks and antiques around the world. The garden is spacious and occasionally produces fruits. The villa is also rented out with daily maid service (optional and extra).

Perfect for a family, group of friends or an artist soul

The rustic style villa can accommodate max of 11 quests, but its best for a group of 8-9 persons. Two rooms are suites with airons and one bedroom sleeps 4 (and has a fan). We also have single and sofabeds at three living rooms. Each suite has a toilet/bathroom and there is one social bathroom/toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Maid service

Some quests prefer to cook on their own. Some prefer to opt for the maid service, which is optional and provided at some modest extra cost. Our maid cooks, cleans the house daily and washes clothes/linen and towels, if needed. She lives at the compound in a separate building and takes care of the garden too.

Location location location

It is difficult to imagine a beach house closer to the ocean as Villa do Sol. When you open the gate, you enter directly the sea. The beach is about 1 km long and is perfect for swimming and fishing as well. Occasionally Praia Rasa can be windy and there are kitesurfers. The closest supermarket is 10 minute walk or 2 minutes by car. The centro of Buzios is some 10-15 minutes by car. The Buzios Golf course is some 8 minutes away. Occasionally you can spot seaturtles.
