The beautiful, three-bedroom, Villa Cempaka is Charming and very comfortable this perfect villa rental in Nusa Dua, only ten-minutes walk from the main street in a popular tourist area with many restaurants, shops, spas and five star hotels.
From everywhere in the villa you have views which you could only dream about. The stunning three-bedroom villa Cempaka takes its name from a beautiful yellow and white frangipani flowers that are, conjuring up images of the paradise of blue seas and skies that are so evocative of the tropics. One look inside the gates and you can see that the villa is well named.

Accommodation and Facilities
The master bedroom is positioned on the upper floor and accessed via an external staircase. The two guest rooms are situated on ground level and each is accessed via glass sliding doors, which open directly to the pool. The master room is furnished with a beautiful antique king-size bed, and an antique kartini chair/wooden chaise longue. The hanging lamps hang above the bed and the room is equipped with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a 40-inch satellite channel TV. Glass doors open to a narrow balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden, from here you can just glimpse a few of the bay over the rooftops. The bathroom is the same as the downstairs bathrooms, with two washbasins and an outdoor shower open to the sky.
Guest room one features a merbau wood floor and is furnished with a queen-size, a chaise longue, bedside tables and lamps, its white walls decorated with a Balinese painting and a full-length mirror. The room is cooled by a choice of air-conditioning or a ceiling fan under a flat roof ceiling, as well as a 32-inch satellite channel TV. The en-suite bathroom has a non-slip acid marble floor, twin washbasins, fitted wardrobes, and an outdoor courtyard fitted with a semi-open-air shower.
Guest room two is similar in style, but without a TV, and with a high roof and a queen size four-poster bed draped in fresh white netting. The bathroom is the same but with a single washbasin and a standing alfresco shower surrounded by high walls for privacy but open to the sky.

Villa Cempaka’s western location puts it in easy reach of many of Bali’s best facilities and attractions. Within 20 minutes are two championship golf courses, water sport centres, many fine restaurants, five star resorts, countless spas and Bali’s best beaches at Jimbaran, Balangan and Nusa Dua.

Location
Villa Cempaka is part of Puri Tirta Villas complex, it is located in the south of Bali, on the western side of the Tanjung Benoa peninsula and in close proximity from the luxury resorts, beaches and entertainment areas of Nusa Dua. just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is a very short drive from the upscale tourist enclave of Nusa Dua, home to many of the island’s best five star resorts and restaurants. The surrounding area is a water sports paradise and home to some of Bali’s best beaches, two championship golf courses and a swathe of top quality bars, dining venues. The villa has three bikes which you can use for pleasant rides around the area.
Near the villa there is a small sandy beach with shallow water suitable for children to swim in, or for taking walks along the sand. It is not suitable for adults to swim but the villa’s personal car with driver will take guests to some of the best beaches in Bali at Nusa Dua or Geger, or take you to the cafes and restaurants on the main street of Tanjung Benoa, or to the Bali Collection, Nusa Dua’s shopping and entertainment centre.
