Perfect!!!!! Te Vai Moana is heaven on earth. Stunning location, close to local shops and jetty!! Lovely views, fabulous garden, perfectly stocked with all you could possibly need!
Meali, the manager is delightful!!

Beautiful house on a big country block, set amongst other local houses. Meali is very warm and friendly and welcomed us with fresh fruit, milk, juice, biscuits and coconuts (prepared ready for drinking). We paid for air conditioning but didn’t need it - the house is set high and very well designed & built with screened louvre windows all around for cool breezes day and night (without worry of mosquitoes). Also has ceiling fans in every room. Big verandah for outdoor living. House is exactly as depicted in photos.

This is a lovely home and it was very clean and well set up. The coffee plunger was not in the kitchen - only a minor issue I know, but we did really want a coffee in the mornings ...
We enjoyed being in the village but we did think we would be able to swim near the house, which we were told was not possible.

Fridge broke down on day 1 and a bar fridge was brought in by the property manager as an electrician could not be found to fix it; and a large replacement was not available. Can't fault the helpfulness in solving the issue but not ideal really.

The villa is in Arutanga on Aitutaki and it is beautiful. There is a big open balcony that overlooks a lush neighborhood and the ocean. A nice breeze runs through the house when the windows are open, or you can pay a little extra for air conditioning. There are two bedrooms. One has a bunk bed for kids and the other is a queen in the master. There is a nice bathroom with a seperate toilet area. There is a washing machine on the property with lines to hang your clothes from to dry. The property has a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, and the property managers provided us with milk, a snack, toilet paper, and a jug of filtered water. There are also plenty of towels and linen available. There is no Cable or local channels available, but there is a blue ray and DVD player, with a USB port to play personal media on. That worked nicely. The house is on about a quarter acre with a big yard that kids can run around and play in. It is safe from busy roads. The property managers were VERY nice, and helped to keep us informed of local businesses and services. We really appreciated their warm hospitality. We definitely recommend this villa to any families or couples.

A great place,very impressed and happy with it.
Only problem we had was the 15 min walk form town as we didn’t have transport,I thought it was only 300 meters from town so a bit of a challenge,but otherwise all very good!

Our stay at Te Vai Moana in October 2015 was most enjoyable. We were met on arrival by Meali and presented with the most beautiful necklace made entirely of gardenias. The Villa is comfortably furnished and has a lovely view of beautiful Aitutaki lagoon. Preparing meals was easy with plenty of quality cookware, cutlery, crockery and a great set of sharp knives. The location was nice and quiet and very private. We had a few warm days/nights while we were there but having windows on all sides of the villa meant we always had a cool breeze and we didn't need the air-conditioner. Meali looked after us very well and her husband Mii picked us up and took us to the airport for our flight back to Rarotonga. We would certainly stay here again, and highly recommend this villa for your stay in Aitutaki.

Meitaki atupaka for making our stay just fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and without doubt will be our first choice when going home again. I was very impressed with everything the house had to offer. The ceiling fans, the air conditioning came in very handy on a couple of warm still days, the bedding including the sheets were well above resort standard and not to forget the kitchen and it's contents. My kids are not overly keen on takeaways so being able to cook at home with great facilities so much so that my daughter baked quite a few cakes whilst we were on holidays because she could - the equipment she required were available in the house.
The hosts were just fabulous and it was just like we had taken our home with us on holidays. Everything we needed was right there. The view was beautiful and would recommend it to family and friends.

The standard nightly tariff covers up to 5 guests. Additional guests up to a maximum of 7 can be accommodated upon request at an additional nightly charge of $50 per person. Once a booking request has been accepted, any change to guest numbers must be requested of the owner, who reserves the right to refuse (the Villa has been damaged previously by add on guests).
