Located at the southern end of town you will enjoy views over Okara Park and beyond from the pleasant North-facing deck. Less than 5 minutes drive to Whangarei Hospital & Northtech.

The house is in a great location for exploring Whangarei district and beaches, the Bay of Islands or day trips to the West Coast/Waipoua Forest and Hokianga.

You can walk to restaurants, shops, Forum North, cinemas and the Town Basin. Within an easy drive are the Okara Shopping centre, 2 supermarkets and all modern conveniences.

Rooms

The 3 bedrooms include a master bedroom with Queen bed and sunroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. All the rooms have modern decor, comfortable beds and quality linen.

Provisions

Clean linen and towels are provided. Tea/coffee is included. Breakfast provisions for your first night’s stay can be provided for an additional charge.

Well behaved outdoor pets are welcome on request.

Bookings

Long-term and short term stays are welcome (minimum 5 nights) with weekly and monthly rates available. Last minute short stays may be available on application (min 2 nights). A cleaning fee will apply to bookings less than 5 days.
