THE VILLA AND THE SUITES
Escape to Susan's Villa
which is ideally located. In a few minutes you may walk from the Villa to the Falls, Casino Niagara, Niagara's Fun Street Clifton Hill and other Tourist Attractions, many shops, museums and Restaurants.
To the Niagara River you only have 1 short block to go. You can see the river banks from the Villa (sorry, not the water for it has dug in very deep over thousands of years). Down by the river you'll have a breathtaking view of the Niagara River Gorge with its wildlife. There are many species of birds (even hawks and falcons) fish, flowers and other beautiful plants.
The Villa is an almost new house, air conditioned, with modern, tasteful furnishings and carpeted floors. Bright and open. Just like your hosts! This B&B is health and fire inspected and licensed by the City of Niagara Falls.
Susan's Villa is ideal not only for Family Vacations and Weekends but also for Weddings and Reunions. Please inquire!
There are a lot of green plants and trees (we like green and have a green policy) around the house. We are constantly improving many things in the back. We hope this will soon be like a Garden of Eden in a very quiet and peaceful vicinity.
You just have to love it! Nothing else is possible! You will see!
For the young ones: There is a very nice playground only approx. 100 m away. A real eldorado for your kids.
The SUITES
Besides the TV in each room there is a fridge, Hair dryer and clock radio in the suite. The phone may be used for calls free of charge within North America.
The Domino Suite
is on the upper floor. It is beautifully furnished with a very comfy queen bed and a sofa bed for 2 in the large room. It has an ensuite bath room and a walk-in-closet.
A cot / mattress can be added so that up to 5 people can sleep.
The 2nd room has a queen bed. This way up to 7 people could sleep.
There is also the option to book 2 suites if you need more space.
The Pine Suite
is also on the upper floor. It is beautifully furnished with a very comfy queen bed and a sofa bed for 2 in the large room. It has an ensuite bath room and a walk-in-closet.
A cot / mattress can be added so that up to 5 people can sleep
The 2nd room has sofa bed for 2. A cot/mattress could be added. This way up to 8 people could sleep. (It would be a bit crowded. This is just to show the possibility.)

Just a tiny little bit so we can pay the bills and the mortgage. Do not worry! Our guests point out time and again that our prices are very moderate, even for Niagara Falls. Some even state that we have the best deal around!

The ITALIAN Suite
With stunning furniture made in Italy is located on the main floor and beautifully furnished, as you will notice, with a lovely queen bed so that 2 people can sleep comfortably.
There is also a dresser with the usual Mirror.
Sorry, there is no space to have the good looking armoire in the suite. Some people even wanted to buy this stunning bed room suite.
In the second room you will find a sofa bed and a twin bed, similar to the NoNameSuite, so that up to 3 people can sleep in this room, up to 5 people in the suite.
All linens are supplied of course and we give you all the towels you need.
The NO NAME Suite
The No Name Suite (we still have no name for it) is located on the main floor and beautifully furnished, as you can see, with a gorgeous queen bed so that 2 people can sleep comfortably. There is also a dresser with the usual Mirror.
In the second room you will find a sofa bed and a twin bed so that up to 3 people can sleep in this room, up to 5 people in the suite.
