Set within 5 acres of park-like grounds, Snowy Waters has 14 guest rooms, an open plan, rustic themed kitchen, a large, sunny, north-facing lounge & an extensive outdoor entertainment area with magnificent views of Mt Ruapehu. We have a spa pool, kids playground, trampoline, pet goat & The Snowy Train. Suitable for groups of 10 - 40 people.

The Doctors Residence

Rent all four rooms in what was The Doctors Residence. Featuring 1 x Queen Room with private ensuite, 1 x Double, 1 x Triple & 1 x Family Room, this fully self-contained Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests & has a large open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, a BBQ outside & views of Mt Ruapehu.

The Old Nurses Home

Book all 10 rooms in the Lodge (The Old Nurses Home) to accommodate 30 guests & have your own private party. Plenty of entertainment for big kids & small. Seperate male/female bathrooms each have 3 toilets & 3 showers plus there's a drying room for ski gear, a wood-fired pizza oven & outdoor fireplace, mountain bike storage & a washdown area, a spa pool set within rocks & palm trees & 5 acres of park-like grounds to play!
