Pelangi Riverview Condominium Guest House is located near amenities such as food courts, tourist attraction centers, clinics, shopping complexes, and a market. The main tourist attraction is only steps away from the guest house while the food courts at 'Tambatan di-raja' (The Royal Pier) is minutes away. Muhammadi Mosque, Padang Bank, and Bank Kerapu are only 5 minutes walking distance. Slightly further are Siti Khadijah Market, The Store Supermatket, Pantai Timur Supermarkets and some of the main banks (CIMB, BIMB, HSBC, RHB) located 10 minute away. What's more important, Pelangi Riverview Condominium Guesthouse can easily be reached via an alternate route bypassing traffic jams especially during festivals and school holidays.

Amenities
The main attraction of the Pelangi Riverview Condominium Guest House to our guest is that it can be likened to your own home but with hotel status facilities. Some of the facilities available for guest' use include the following: 2 swimming pools (1 for adults, 1 for children), 2 Sauna (1 for males, 1 for females), gymnasium, 24 hr security, 2 lifts for each block, and 1 parking bay for each unit of condominium. The swimming pools and gymnasium located on the 10th floor will ensure freshness and enjoyment to the guest.
The Guest House is interestingly designed so as to enable tenants to enjoy panoramic view of the area, especially at dawn and sunset. From 10th floor, they can view 80% of the area around Kota Bharu. Toward the north, almost all of Tumpat and Pasir Mas, and even parts the highland of Thailand, can be clearly seen.

Furnishing
The Guest House is on the 21st floor of Pelangi Condominium facing the Kelantan River. It has a fully furnished living room, dining room and a kitchen furnished with cabinets. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With a floor area of slightly more than 1500 sq. ft., the condominium it promises to provide maximum comfort to guests.
The Pelangi Riverview CondominiumGuest House is also equipped with air conditioners in the living room and the three bedrooms. The air conditioners have been configured so that the tenants can opt to accept the facility or otherwise, depending on their requirements and affordability.
For the safety of guest, especially the little ones, all window are fixed with grilles. The living room is furnished with a sofa set and a television. The dining area is furnished with a 6-chair dining table, while the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction cooker and a basic set of crockery.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and the fourth room is equipped with two single beds. This makes it suitable for families with adolescents. All bedrooms, except the 4th bedroom, are equipped with air conditioners; currently, all bedrooms has a ceiling fan is in place for air circulation. The main and the second bedroom have a bathroom each, while the other 2 bedrooms share a common bathroom. Hot water heaters are available in the bathrooms.

Activities
Guest will be able to clearly view activities along the Kelantan River like the Tambatan Di Raja (Royal Pier), and the floating house. Some units of the floating houses are being use by the Marine Police as their base. Also, you'll enjoy watching motorized boats criss-crossing the Kelantan River carrying passengers between Kota Bharu and Palekbang on the other side of the river.
