The home is situated on a peaceful estate with just a handful of other properties. With spacious terrace areas and a communal swimming pool at your disposal, this is a great holiday villa option. The hillside location on the outskirts of Patong is perfect, bearing in mind you can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be within a five-minute drive to all the beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping options that Patong offers its visitors. Although this three bedroom home doesn’t have its own private pool, there is a large communal pool within a one-minute walk from the property.

Living Room Description
The living area of the house is one of the unique features. Positioned as a stand-alone room that leads directly to the large terrace area, the lounge has elegant wooden vaulted ceilings and is designed in such a way as the area can become open on three sides. This creates a fresh environment benefitting from tremendous airflow and really opens up the area. The selection of furniture includes a stylish black leather settee, a glass coffee table, a large TV with international channels, a DVD player and a surround sound music system. The area has air-conditioning, however, bearing in mind the lounge can become totally open and inviting the gentles sea breeze, you won’t need to use it so much. The mixture of the wooden floors, ceilings and wall panels against the black settee provides a nice aesthetic effect. From the lounge, you can directly access the large open terrace, which is the best place to absorb the sea-views. Being a westerly facing terrace ensures you can enjoy those amazing Phuket sunsets without moving an inch.

The light shades of the kitchen area give it an English countryside home feel. Within footsteps of the dining room, the kitchen is perfectly positioned for convenience. Patong is widely accepted as Phuket’s best location in terms of things to do. The main entertainment zone of Bangla Road is legendary. Within a five minute drive, you can visit Bangla Road, the Jungceylon shopping center, hundreds of international restaurants and a great selection of bars showcasing live music of every style. Situated on the outskirts of Patong is the ideal place to take a holiday. Within a 10 minute drive, you will find four golf courses in Kathu and also be able to visit other popular beachside resort destinations such as Karon, Kata and Kalim. The property is situated 2km from Patong Beach and just 1km from the nearest convenience store.
