Dal maestoso colonnato d'ingresso del Palazzo Balducci si accede ad un luminoso e suggestivo soggiorno arredato: con tavolino da pranzo e relative sedie, con confortevole letto matrimoniale a scomparsa che rinchiuso consente di usufruire del comodo divano, con TV e collegamento gratuito Wi-Fi. Dal soggiorno si accede alla cucina completamente attrezzata ( 4 fornelli, frigorifero, lavatrice, forno a microonde,macchina del caffè, pentole e stoviglie, ecc).e al bagno dotato di doccia e bidet.
Il tutto è stato ricavato da una superficie calpestabili di 35 metri quadrati.
