LIMONARA
Da un piccolo ingresso si accede ad un luminoso e suggestivo salone con camino funzionante e soffitto con travi in legno a vista. Una agevole scala conduce ad una stanza da pranzo con un moderno angolo cottura completamente attrezzato ( 4 fornelli, frigorifero, lavatrice, forno a microonde,macchina del caffè, pentole e stoviglie, ecc). Una scala porta al grazioso soppalco e quindi alla zona notte, provvista di letto matrimoniale,televisore, comò, armadio, e cassettiera.
L'abitazione è suddivisa quindi in tre aree distinte: la zona soggiorno illuminata da una grande vetrata ad arco e con due confortevoli poltrone letto che all'occorrenza si trasformano in comodi giacigli, la zona notte con i due letti gemelli abbinabili e la parte dedicata ai servizi igienici per un totale di 70 metri quadrati.
Le ampie finestre si affacciano sull'ampio giardino verdeggiante e sui nitidi orizzonti dei colli umbri.

In a wing of the palace a ground-floor conversion has made two comfortable self-catering apartments, self-contained and perfect for couples and/or a small group of friends or relatives who want to live unique suggestions within the walls of history.
Access to the apartments is through a majestic colonnade and a green garden

Palazzo Balducci - Apartment named Limonara
The Balducci Palace, well noted for its historic value as a prime example of a seventeenth century building, is of National importance.
In a wing of the palace one independent apartment was constructed with the view on internal garden. The apartment is completly furnished and it is divided in the following zones: diningroom with kitchen corner ( refrigerator, stove, washing machine ), livingroom with working fireplace and 2 single sofa bed , bedroom wiith 1 double-bed and a normal TV, bathroom with shower and a small hall.
