Encompassing a combined space of an acre, the Off Rocks property is an abode that boasts 2 well appointed villas complete with ensuite Italian toilets furnished with granite and chrome finish. One can also witness the ‘au natural’ swimming pool with rejuvenating seawater.
Dressed in aesthetic and exquisite finery which takes on many different forms such as Burma teak for flooring and furniture, there is fine detailing involved with regard to the furniture, which is from Rajasthan coupled with some choice Chinese antiques. Whilst the carpets and linen are from exotic India, the environs of this mesmerizing abode is indubitably Sri Lankan. Truly a world where the modern supersedes the aesthetic. All rooms are equipped with AC, Hot and Cold water.

Excursions
Unawatuna is a locale rich in its biodiversity.
Over 60 species of prevalent birds, including Terns, Egrets, Herons, Sandpipers, Kingfishers, as well as exceptional species such as the Lesser Whistling Duck, the Asian Palm Swift, the White Breasted Waterhen, the Turnstone Loten's Sunbird, and the Black Bittern have been sighted.
Off the coast of Unawatuna, beneath the Indian Ocean lie a number of coral reefs, shipwrecks, and a great selection of fish and turtles. The Rumassala coral reefs at the east end of the Galle Harbour are teeming with life. Eco treks in the shrub jungles of Rumassala and trips to Yala are also available.
