The Kitchen / Diner
The kitchen has huge old oak beams ( mind your head if you are tall) It is very spacious and has everything you could want in order to cater for yourselves in fact previous guest's have remarked that that it has more than they have at home. It has a large dining table with seating for 10 in comfort. The room is in an an open plan design and also has separate seating so you can drink and chat whilst the meal is being prepared.

Again the lounge has oak beams and there is comfortable seating and coffee-tables for everyone to relax and unwind. There is satellite tv, dvd, wi-fi on request and here is where you will find the tourist information booklets and a library of books to read and games to play. Large french doors open onto your screened fully fenced and gated private decking area

Bedrooms
Four lovely large bedrooms all with wardrobes - 2 king size and 2 with twin beds.Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, large wardrobe with hangers and drawers, dressing table with 3 drawers, bedside tables with bedside lamps & a chair Decorated in pastel green colours. The window looks out onto the back garden
The second large bedroom is decorated with pastel purple colours and has oak beams and a king size bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe with hangers and a mirror, a dressing table with drawers and bedside tables with bedside lamps.
The 3rd double bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables & lamps. The velux window makes this room very light & airy
The 4th double bedroom also has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables with lamps & the window looks out onto the decking area.

You can bbq and use the decking area which has seating for up to 10 people to have a great time especially if you buy some of the wood oven home baked bread & some of the local wine from the farmers cooperative just over the road.

To the front a screened fenced and gated decking area with outside dining table seating 10 - bbq - parasol and sunbeds.

Ideal for family and groups of friends, anyone who is interested in the history of the area and the many sporting and opportunities the area offers.
Not suitable for wheelchair users but anyone with reduced mobility could enjoy a holiday here. A great venue for groups such as cyclists, walkers, senior citizen groups, foodies and many more. It is ideal for family celebrations as we can sleep up to 18 in 2 barns.

We offer a pre bookable cycle hire service via a third party. Bikes and equipment for all ages and abilities can be ordered for your arrival and collected when you depart to save all the hassle and costs of bringing your own bikes.
Free bed linen and towels. Free wi-fi on request.
A welcome pack is provided and an optional 3 course meal on arrival service is available.
Other chef service options can be arranged.
We can also offer guide services by the day (rates available on request) Also airport & train station pick up & drop offs can be arranged for agreed costs.
We accept pets subject to prior approval & there is a charge of £25 per pet per week
