The House
Inside the house, on the first level you'll find the entrance hallway, sitting room, dining room & sunroom leading to an extra-large patio through open-out French double doors and into the largest garden in Morriscastle Village. It is fully fenced & gated with a 2-tier deck and family size gas BBQ.
Enter the upper level and you'll adore the giant bedroom and large master ensuite. This bedroom was originally two bedrooms, now merged into one and giving you wonderful country & distant sea views. Extra special is the super king size bed.
On the lower level you'll be impressed with the other 2 bedrooms and large family bathroom, one with a Scandinavian double pine bed and the other with TWO sets of bunks.
The kitchen boasts every modern convenience from microwave to dishwasher, gas hob and double electric ovens. There is a very large utility room with washer and drier and a ground floor WC. In the sitting room you will find a widescreen panasonic TV with DVD player. TV Channels include Ireland's RTE1, RTE2, TV3, TG4 and free-to-air British Channels via satellite dish.
