Details
The first level (Taverna / Living room) of about 45 square meters, accessible from the garden, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, all finished in detail and with typical colors of this Mediterranean area. Inside we find intercom, TV and air conditioning.
The second level also about 45 square meters, accessible from both the living room, through an internal staircase, and directly from the outside through the garden, and consists of 2 bedrooms with stunning sea views and balconies, each with its own bathroom, for a total of 4 beds (one double and two single beds) and wardrobes. Each bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning, bathroom, and blackout curtains. The double bedroom also has a TV and a fireplace.
The level is finally equipped with a space in front of the rooms with intercom, equipped and functional.
Outside, in addition to the large balcony of about 20 square meters, we find about 140 square meters of garden facing the sea, with lemon trees and food plants as well as a beautiful bougainvillea, equipped with deck chairs and umbrella, partially covered, with shower and tool shed area and storage room.
The whole structure enjoys free WI-FI.
Small pets are allowed.
The structure is accessed after having walked 30 steps from the main road.
The structure does not have a private car park, but the car can be stopped for a fee in the special blue spaces or, for free, in the special white spaces of the main road. In any case you can stop in the appropriate municipal areas, about 300 meters away from the apartment, at a cost of € 14.00 per day.
The structure is in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, 10 minutes by car or bus from Positano and Amalfi; In about 30 minutes you can reach by car or bus Minori, Maiori and Ravello, in 40 minutes Sorrento and the highway.

Small pets are allowed at an extra cost of € 15.00 per day.
On the spot there is a payment of the tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per night, excluding children under the age of 10.

On the spot is also required the payment of € 100.00 as a security deposit (to be returned at the end of the stay in the absence of significant damage to the apartment)

Surroundings
The structure is accessible after crossing 30 steps from the main road. At no more than 250 meters from the house, after walking La Moressa, a flat road with a bar area, you can have essential services (food, restaurants and markets) and take a shuttle or local bus to reach the city center, Positano, or in a few minutes La Praia, the main beach of the place. This possibility represents a surplus value, considering that to reach every goal, especially in Praiano, you have to travel many stairs, a distinctive feature of this earthly paradise.
Praiano also offers, for its strategic position, the possibility to make boat excursions to the near Capri Isle, or trekking excursions on the mountains. The Path of the Gods starts here.
