Locality, distances and transport alternatives:
The villa is located on the outskirts of Varna, around 5km north east from the city centre. The villa sits in the hills over the bay of Varna and affords a perfect view of the bay, Varna lake, city beaches and the port.
- To the airport - 12 km = 25 min driving
- To “Golden sands” sea resort – 8 km = 10 min driving
- To “St.St. Constantine and Hellene” – 4 km – 7 min driving
- To the city center – 5 km – 10 min driving
- To the nearest city beach – 1,2 km – 15 min walking
The bus stops are located within a range of a 400 m max. The taxies as a rule come for about 3-5 min. A list of the recommendable taxi companies will be given by the landlord.

Additional facilities: Satellite TV in every room. radio security system . There is an onsite heating system and two wells with automated pumps for emergency purposes, a central water supply system, garaging for one car and a parking area for a further three cars behind the main gates opened by remote control system.
Swimming pool – the pool is fully private and consists of big basin ( 4 x 9 m depth 1,40 m ) for adults and small basin for children ( 3 x 3 m. depth 0,60 m). There is a wooden pergola around the pool. 8 sun beds and beach towels are at the disposal of the guests
Playground - about 200 m2 of grass ground, basket ball field , badminton net and field, swings, slide and a lot of toys.
Rent includes: electricity, water, heating, pre-renting cleaning, towels& linen (changed every 5-6 days) basic hygiene consumables; transfer from Varna Airport.
Rent excludes: • domestic and international telephone calls • internet usage, for longer term lettings, a separate telephone point can be arranged.
