We have 3 Luxury Villa's, all with private swimming pools, in the Heart of South Pattaya, for you and your friends or family to enjoy an Amazing Holiday in Thailand.
Our Villa's are only 1400m from Walking Street (The Main Entertainment District in Pattaya).
There are no other Holiday Villa's as near to the Nightlife as ours.
Although we are in such a fantastic location for all the Bars, Restaurants, Night Clubs, Markets, Tourist Attractions, Shopping Mall's and even the Beaches, you will find that your Holiday Homes are in a quiet and peaceful, private, gated community with only 8 Villa's.
Villa 2
Luxury Villa “2” comprises 4 bedrooms on 2 floors with 2 Double Bedrooms and En-Suite Bathrooms upstairs, one of the bedrooms has its own large private Balcony outside with a table and chairs to relax with a coffee in the mornings, plus 2 Double Bedrooms downstairs with an En-Suite Bathroom for one of the bedrooms and the 4th Bedroom has a Private Bathroom through the living area. The Holiday Villa has good size bedrooms with king size beds, bedside tables, dressing tables, wardrobes, safes, TV’s and DVD Players.The open plan Living Room and Dining Room has a sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet and a cupboard for glasses a dining table with 6 chairs and a mini–bar.The open plan Kitchen in your Pattaya Vacation Home has a breakfast bar, table top oven & grill, rice steamer, water heater, toaster, fridge freezer, and all the plates, mugs, glasses, kitchen utensils & other gadgets for you to prepare your own food if you like to cook.The Holiday Villa is set on 400m2 of land. The Swimming Pool is Approx. 9m x 5m. The Garden area is tiled pathways with colored pebbles and flower borders. A Bamboo Sala in the right hand corner of the garden and 2 Sun beds give you a comfortable area to relax or top up your suntan. A tiled & roofed terrace next to the Swimming Pool with a table and chairs is a great place to sit and then jump in and out of the swimming pool for a refreshing swim. There is also a BBQ on the patio area at your Vacation Home so that you can prepare a feast for you and your friends after an interesting visit to the local market, or if you prefer, the comfort of the many local air-conditioned supermarkets, alternatively you can order your Groceries on the form provided in your luxury villa and we will deliver them to your Luxury Holiday Home. The Luxury Villa is fully furnished with TV’s and DVD players in all the bedrooms, and the living room and has all the luxuries of home. All the furniture is Thai style and there is tiled flooring throughout. Pattaya Villa Rentals are fully air-conditioned and we also have fans in the bedrooms and living room if you would prefer to cut down on your electricity consumption. There is an area outside the front of the property to park a rental car or motorbikes.
You can use the free wireless Internet service to stay in touch with friends back home or to research any trips you would like to make. We have mobile telephones with local Sim cards so that you can either call friends back home cheaply, find information on any of the many local attractions we have in the area, call to us if you need anything or call our local taxi service to pick you up at the Villa.
