We were disappointed that one or the spa's was out of order as well as the sauna. There were many lights blown around the games room by the pool. I just felt the maintanence was not as good as usual. These things should have been fixed right away. BUT we love staying there and have got friends signed up to come rent more units with us next year.

Thank you for your feedback. We are waiting for parts to be ordered to fix the spa and the sauna. Our apologies for that. We weren't aware of the blown bulbs around the pool area. We will fix that today. We are trying to keep everything well maintained. Hopefully your next visit will be a better one. We are looking forward to seeing you again next year. Kind regards, Yvonne

Very nice cozy home away from for us in Wanaka. My children loved the place. Away from the hustle n bustle but not more than a heart beat away from the action. Highly recommend this place. The room is regularly replenished with dish washer n laundry detergent which saved us a lot Of bother. Nice touch!

Congratulations and thanks for providing us with such wonderful facilities incl the laundry. The house was well equipped and furnished and in a great location. Will definitely come back again if visiting Wanaka. Definitely worth a longer stay next time. Much nicer than staying in a hotel for the same price.

I had not specified the need for two king beds and upon check-in we found 1 king and 2 singles. The manager upgraded us to a larger upstairs appartment so that we didn't have to wait for the service staff to put the single beds together and remake the bed. The appartment was beautiful, with an amazing view of the mountains surrounding Lake Wanka.
When we checked out we asked the manager to phone a taxi for us to get to town with our luggage. Instead she drove us in herself! Talk about service with a smile!
