Property advertised as having Wifi but was just a pay for public service. Owner/manager did not communicate the address or instructions for pick up of key so we had to make various enquires of locals and eventually figured out where the property was. The house itself is excellent and highly recommended.

What an amazing house!! Beautiful view of the ocean from the front deck, with a huge amount of areas where you can relax or socialise. Perfect for large groups. The only downside was the mosquitoes!! Piles of towels and linen, a fantastic kitchen with everything you may need. Even a starfruit tree on the slope above the house! Highly recommended!

Due to roads not clearly marked on the Island, it was difficult to locate the address with our arrival being at night and our need to uplift a hired vehicle from the airport for the ten of us. Locals were helpful in contacting home owners who met us on a main road. It was not an issue and an adventure for the kids. Great, remote location that catered perfectly for the two families, six children. Views were amazing and more than enough to do for kids with the minimal heavy rain that kept them indoors. Balcony / deck set up still made outdoor time possible. Beautiful house assisted to make for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others, families or adults alone. Meitaki Kathy and Tony!

Kathy's place is an excellent base for families. The house is better than on the web site. I would recommend for all to stay. You have to have a vehicle as it is off the main road. The nearest beach is beautiful to go and watch sunsets but not suitable for swimming, but one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, at the back of the Rarotongan hotel, is only a short ride up the road :) The views from the deck are wonderful of both the mountains and sea. Wigmores store is also a short ride/drive away, you could also walk but as it is up hill all the way home you would have to be fitter than me ;) LOL. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Kathy and Tony went out of their way to help and made a special visit for my son possible which made his holiday :) thank you very much xx

This place was absolutely amazing we loved every part of our stay here, the house is gorgeous and huge! The view was stunning! The house was very clean with all the appliances and accessories needed, felt like a home away from home but better. The beds were comfortable and good showers/bathrooms. Plenty of different spaces to chill in. We stayed at 3 places in raro and this was by far our favourite we are even organising another family get together to come back to this place we loved it!

Loved this house and wished we had more nights to spend there. Will definitely see if this is available next time we go to Rarotonga. Not clear address but thankfully asking locals made finding it easy. Location on Google Maps is not correct.

This home comes highly recommended for those of us that want to be away from the busy beach front but still close .our friends liked this home ,if your into bush and with a veiw of the sea it doesnt get much better than this home .We wlll book it again.

An exceptional property, stunning view, quiet and peaceful. This property is HUGE, far bigger and more beautiful than depicted in the home for hire add. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to eveyone. I would suggest that anyone that hires this property needs transport, either a car or scooter as it is a fair way from the road and while the walk down to the beach is easy, the walk up is a bit steep.

This property was awesome, and far better than any of us had expected. Everything we could possibly have needed was supplied, and the owner was extremely friendly and accomodating. Had a great stay, and will definitely come back to this place if we are lucky enough to visit Raro again. Highly recommended!!
