Our Rooms

2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom - 1 has a queen bed in it and the other a king which can be unzipped to make 2 singles. There is also a downstairs toilet for guests use. NO ensuite. But the most magnificent views in all of Queenstown.

Breakfast Menu

We pride ourselves on presenting homemade jams and preserved fruits, freshly baked breads and of course great coffee, just the way you like it!

A number of our guests require an early start to visit Milford or to join a hiking party. We can pack a breakfast for you to eat on the way. Nothing is too much trouble!

We offer a free airport pickup and drop off service.

Wireless Internet available so you can keep in contact with the office or friends.

Baggage Storage

If you plan to walk the Milford or Routeburn Track, bags can be stored at no charge until you return.
