We have a spacious studio apartment available for the Rugby World Cup 2011, with modern kitchen and bathroom, ideal for a couple. There are no laundry facilities but all linen is supplied and laundered. We have 3 acres of grounds - a mix of lawn, garden and meadow. You will have use of our pool and flood lit tennis court, and (upon negotiation) our Peugeot 306.

We have decided to make available our lovely spacious studio apartment for the Rugby World Cup 2011.

Description

This is a tastefully converted garage, with a separate modern bathroom. The kitchen is also generously proportioned with modern appliances although no dish washer. We are able to arrange different sleeping configurations depending on requirements, but feel it would be ideal for a couple. Unfortunately the apartment does not have laundry facilities, however we will supply and launder all linen.

Location and Surroundings

Our 3 acre lifestyle property is located just beyond Howick so although we are in the countryside, we remain very near to all amenities and activities. The nearest supermarket is only 3 minutes drive away! The grounds are a mix of manicured lawn, garden and meadow.

Car

We have a Peugeot 306 available if wanted. We are happy to discuss this with you when you arrive. Its a little old but runs well.
