Our stay at The Chalet was absolutely wonderful. The whole house was clean and well maintained, the food was delicious and the service excellent. Alex, our Host, made us all feel welcomed and was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us organise activities, transport and dining reservations. We all also loved the dogs, Monty and Lou - my grandchildren in particular. I would highly recommend this venue as the perfect place to stay in Queenstown. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a place that I enjoyed so much. Charo, 30/8/13.

We had a fantastic time at Chalet Queenstown. The accommodation was perfect for our extended family with the communal living area but also the lovely ensuite rooms available to retreat to when more privacy was required. The views are stunning. Alex was a great host, friendly, and discrete as possible as he beavered away in the background cleaning up each day. Thoroughly recommended and we'll definitely stay there again if we return with a large group.
