It had everything essential we needed in a house and that it never felt like a hotel and the heating made us not notice the cold winter nights. The location is perfect and close to town centre. A HOILDAY AT 8 BRISBANE STREET
This house was formely Llody Veints , a local identity of Queenstown that still holds hunting records that still stand today, but sadly passed away in 2008 aged 95yrs.
With the renovations we have tried maintain as much of the original house as possible, but also create a warm family atmosphere. It is design for 2 families travelling together or 4 couples. With the close proximity to Queenstown it gives you access to the many Resturants and other activities available in the area. This property is not rented out to under 30 year olds and is a family orientated rental.

CONFIGURATION OF LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS
The main living area is at the back of the house and is open plan it opens out onto a private patio, with a BBQ,spa and wonder views of Ben Lomond Hills the Gondola and Skyline Chalet.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full dishwasher, double opening fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, and hidden front loader washing machine and dryer.
It has seating for 4 at the bench.
The dining room has seating for 10, and just to the back of that is were your find an office desk with printer, and wireless Internet.
The lounge is spacious and has a flat screen TV, along with My Sky , Blue Ray DVD, just like home away from home.
Alone the hall you will find a drying room, separate toilet, and main bathroom which has a shower, toilet and vanity.
The Bunk room is great for kids with 2 bunk beds.
The 3 rd bedroom has 1 queen bed and spectacular views again of Ben Lomond Hills the Gondola and Skyline Chalet, plus attracts all the afternoon sun.
The 2nd Bedroom has 1 double bed with french doors leading out onto terrace and again with great views and afternoon sun.
The Main bedroom also has french doors leading out onto the same terrace, it has a TV along with a walk through wardrobe and an ensuite that has a shower, toilet and vanity.

This property is not rented out for Christmas or New Years Eve.
This property is not rented out to under 30 year olds.
Their is to be No Loud Music or Party's.
If this accrues you will be asked to leave immediately. With NO BOND refund.

NO ONSITE CAMPING
Camper van and tents are not permitted on the section while you are renting the property.
