Hi, This is a high-end property that is getting just a little worn, but is well situated , well maintained and cleaned, and quite spacious and private. We were very happy there, and enjoyed the privacy (compared to a suite at the Edgewater, where we stayed last time!). A couple of small improvements would make a material difference, I think. A number of people have pointed to screens for mosquitos, and it is possible that the screens that are there have since been added. However, screens on the stair and bathroom windows would assist air flow and keep out mosquitos more effectively still. The lack of a fan in the bathroom is puzzling. Instructions for guests prior to arrival could include some for those arriving independently, the entrance being from the side road. But these are small matters. It was great having someone on site most of the time to help and it was a pleasure meeting the lovely owner.

Fantastic place to stay. We stayed 9 nights and were very comfortable, well looked after, and we have recommended the Lodge to others and we would definitely go back and stay there.

We had a really great stay at Bella beach lodge, everything was perfect. What made it so great was the exceptional house keeping and all the great stories and local knowledge that the groundsman Dave shared with us. We have been to Rarotonga before but this was by far the most enjoyable trip from the minute we arrived to getting dropped of at the airport when we left, we will defiantly be coming back to Bella beach lodge.

Loved and enjoyed our stay at Bella Beach Apartment. Best beach ever. The property location for the large apartment unit, we thought was on the beach with the others. But it was great being back across the road as it was very quiet, private with plenty of space. Annabelle and her lovely staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We will be staying there again. Thanks Annabelle.

Owners helpful and David was great! Could use towel bars in bathroom. More screens in home . Hooks to hang clothes. Other wise a nice property. We had a super time. Many thanks!!
