The beautiful, three-bedroom, cosy and comfy villa Alamanda is located just back from the water's edge behind Villa Sunset and is accessed down a flower-lined walkway that runs through the complex down to the pier. this perfect villa rental in Nusa Dua, only ten-minutes walk from the main street in a popular tourist area with many restaurants, shops, spas and five star hotels.
From everywhere in the villa you have views which you could only dream about. The three-bedroom rental villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs with sea views from the balcony.
The simple yet elegant architecture and interiors of the villa create the warm atmosphere of a comfortable country home complete with everything needed for a short vacation, as well as for a longer stay with family or friends.

Accommodation and Facilities
The romantic master bedroom with its wooden floor and four-poster wooden bed is located on the first floor. The sliding doors open on to a large balcony offering ocean views that can be enjoyed while lounging in one of the comfortable arm-chairs over a glass of wine or a cup of tea. The spacious en-suite bathroom is adorned with marble and offers both indoor and outdoor showers and a built-in closet.
two other bedrooms are adjacent to the living room downstairs and were built with a family with children in mind. Both of them are en-suite, equipped with a bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers and a built-in closet, and enjoy the view of the pool and the bay. Through the glass sliding doors guests staying in each of the two bedrooms get direct access to the pool-side terrace and the garden. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a king size bed, another has two twin beds making it convenient for a family with children or a group of friends.All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high quality toiletries, linen, towels and even hair-drier for your maximum comfort.

Location
Villa Alamanda is part of Puri Tirta Villas complex, it is located in the south of Bali, on the western side of the Tanjung Benoa peninsula and in close proximity from the luxury resorts, beaches and entertainment areas of Nusa Dua. just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is a very short drive from the upscale tourist enclave of Nusa Dua, home to many of the island’s best five star resorts and restaurants. The surrounding area is a water sports paradise and home to some of Bali’s best beaches, two championship golf courses and a swathe of top quality bars, dining venues. The villa has three bikes which you can use for pleasant rides around the area.
Near the villa there is a small sandy beach with shallow water suitable for children to swim in, or for taking walks along the sand. It is not suitable for adults to swim but the villa’s personal car with driver will take guests to some of the best beaches in Bali at Nusa Dua or Geger, or take you to the cafes and restaurants on the main street of Tanjung Benoa, or to the Bali Collection, Nusa Dua’s shopping and entertainment centre.
