With solid black granite work surfaces and a selection of modern appliances that include a microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities, you will never be short of self-catering options.

Living Room:
The warm and friendly embrace of the living room is very appealing. The immediate thing you notice is the close proximity of two tall patio windows that allow you to relax in the lounge whilst gazing out towards the beautiful Tropicana of the garden in all its glory. This also ensures you receive lots of natural sunlight and perfectly opens up the lounge. The furniture is of high standard, from the cream leather settee (big enough for 6 persons) and marble topped coffee table to the teak units and desk. From the settee, you can turn your head and enjoy a vast selection of custom made Asiatic paintings that let you know you are in Thailand. The lounge is home to a Samsung TV and numerous International channels.

Dining Room Description:
Five paces from the lounge, you will find the dining area, which is within arm’s length from a breakfast bar that links directly into the western kitchen. The solid black marble topped dining table comfortably seats six persons and is surrounded by many ornamental Asian artworks that run along with the theme of the property.

There are three bedrooms within this property, all enjoying ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, double beds and a peaceful ambience enhanced by the Asian artworks adorning the walls. The location really is where this property excels. There are not too many private and luxurious holiday rental homes so close to Walking Street and the main nightlife strips of Pattaya. Being only 1400 meters from the heart of the action will make your holiday not only convenient, but also a private experience so difficult to find in such vibrant tourist regions. Just a 200 meter walk from the house, you can also find the nearest convenience store and a selection of Thai and International restaurants. With Walking Street being so near, Pattaya Beach is also 1400 meters away. The Big C shopping center is also just a two minute drive away, which means you can pick up a wide selection of groceries if you enjoy self-catering.
