Watching the sunset is a daily ritual in Bali, and where better to watch it than at this absolute waterfront villa, which faces directly west across the gentle waters of Benoa Bay, offering a front row sun lounger view of its namesake.
Villa Sunset is not just about the view and the sunsets. It’s also about the homely comfort, the attentive service, the private speedboat complete with captain for guest use, the kayaks for exploring the mangroves, and the car and driver inclusive of price for exploring the island.
Villa Sunset is modern in design with white walls and natural wood, local stonework and a tasteful décor set the scene beside an alluring swimming pool that can’t help but make anyone feel right at home. In addition to its contemporary architecture, comfy furnishings, and colorful artwork, the villa also offers the choice of indoor or semi-outdoor living, as all of the air-conditioned rooms have glass doors that open wide to invite the cool sea breezes inside.
A hearty breakfast is included in the villa rate and will be cooked in your villa by your butler each morning. With a fully equipped kitchen in the villa it’s perfectly set up for self-catering, but you are also invited to let the estate’s, professional, in-house cook is available on request to prepare all your meals if you so desire. Our staff are also more than happy to jump on a motorbike and head out to the nearest market to buy groceries or pizzas for the kids. Tips are highly appreciated! Last but not least is in villa Spa treatments available by request from Div Spa, staffed by extremely well trained and experienced team of therapists who can perform any kind of treatment you wish with their healing hands.

Accommodation and Facilities
The master bedroom is located on the upper level and enjoys the view at its best. Take it in while lounging on the balcony in one of the rattan armchairs with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a marble-encrusted en-suite bathroom complete with a built-in closet, bathtub and two showers - indoor and outdoor.
On the ground level there is a spacious living room with the other two bedrooms adjacent - one with a king size bed, another with two king single beds. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a built-in closet, bathtub, and indoor and outdoor showers, and has a garden and pool access.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high quality toiletries, linen, towels and even hair-drier for your maximum comfort.
THE ROOMS The villa presents one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs at either end of a marble-floored living and dining room, together with a feature kitchen. Cushioned sofas arranged around a coffee table and flat screen TV provide a great place for socializing and hanging out. The room is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a large, flat screen TV, DVD player and music system with surround sound, plus a collection of paperback books, toys and board games. The two ground floor bedrooms mirror each other in size and facilities, which include a king sized bed in one room with a TV and satellite channels, and twin beds in the other, which are perfect for kids. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and outdoor showers. Both rooms open to a small stone terrace adjacent to the pool deck. At the top of a flight of stairs, the master bedroom rests under a soaring roof along with a similarly outfitted bathroom (with no bathtub but with a bigger dressing room) as well as a balcony looking out over the pool and garden against the fabulous backdrop of Benoa Bay. Relish this spectacular view while lounging on the balcony in one of the rattan armchairs with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. Outside, guarded by a gaily-painted Balinese door, which coordinates with the blues and greens of the sea and the sky, is a pretty walled garden with a flat lawn fringed by frangipanis and palms. Centerpiece is the enticing 20-meter pool, flanked by a Jacuzzi pool, a shingle-roofed bale bengong – literally a ‘daydreaming’ gazebo, which is the perfect spot for a massage, and an open-sided living pavilion, where afternoon tea is served and which is also ideal for chilling out with a book or an evening cocktail or glass of wine.

Attractions
Puri Tirta Villas is a complex of five three-bedroom modern tropical villas located on the water front on the shore of a peaceful ocean lagoon on the Western coast of Tanjung Benoa peninsula opposite of its Eastern coast occupied by 4-5 stars hotels stretched from Nusa Dua resorts along protected coral lagoons and nice beaches with numerous water sports centers.
All villas complimented with a view to the calm lagoon waters without big waves in most of the time. If the weather is clear guests can see the peak of Bali's highest mountain of Agung volcano. Another days the view of sunset is dramatically beautiful to enjoy it sitting with a glass of wine or cup of tea near by your private swimming pool either in your balcony or on the villa's private pier.
It is only a ten minute walk to the main street of Tanjung Benoa just to the North of the popular tourist area Nusa Dua.
There are some beach clubs, many restaurants, souvenir shops, SPAs and high class hotels in this area.
Nusa Dua itself is located in about 10-15 minutes driving distance from Puri Tirta villas and is the home for some Bali's best resorts, Bali Collection shopping mall, newly opened the Bay entertainment center, BIMC hospital, Nusa Dua Golf & Country Club and others recreational facilites located along artificial paradise gardens with meandering pathways good either for walk or bicycle routes. There is also Nusa Dua Theatre performing the alluring and daring Devdan show representing the cultures of Indonesian archipelago.
Some of world-class hotels with their great beaches, pools, fitness and tennis courts are open for public after small coverage fee.

Location
Puri Tirta Villas complex is located in the south of Bali, on the western side of the Tanjung Benoa peninsula and in close proximity from the luxury resorts, beaches and entertainment areas of Nusa Dua. The waterfront villas enjoy spectacular ocean bay views, allowing guests to watch spectacular sunsets right from the villa, and, when the skies are clear, the view of the sacred mount Agung.
Tanjung Benoa is a magnificent five kilometers long peninsula, which is much famed for its scenic views comprising beautiful coconut groves, white sandy beach, and incredible mountains. Today it is a popular resort area full of restaurants and cafes, spas and souvenir shops located less than two kilometers away from the villas. There are several beach clubs – Sakala, Tao, The De Opera – that offer great facilities for a day trip (swimming pool, sun loungers, restaurants and bars).
Should you fancy a day on the beach, some of the luxury resorts located in Nusa Dua with its golden sand beaches and calm clear waters, such as Grand Hyatt, Nikko Bali, Nusa Dua Bali Beach Hotel, allow non-residents to use their facilities for a small charge.
In addition, it would be a great experience to take a visit to Tanjung Benoa's quiet port, with a village-like atmosphere. Likewise, while your stay at the destination, take a tour to the Chinese Buddhist temple found here.Not far from the temple, you will find one of the most authentic restaurants in Bali - Surya that serves fresh seafood with a bit of Chinese flavor.
