This is a small villa that accommodate comfortably 4 adults and definitely not 6 adults. The view is superb with 180 degree glass windows. The house is new and well equipped. It is in the quiet neighbourhood of fernhill with private road excess.

Great property. I have stayed in dozens of rental properties on 4 continents and this was one of the best. The pictures did not even do it justice as the view from top floor is magical. Minor comments were we felt as this was a high end property that WIFI should be standard without limits. Was also the week of Australian Open tennis and was surprised that the TV did not have any channels. These are pretty minor and we would return in a heartbeat.

We were overwhelmed by this property, it was so much more than we could have wished for. The views were stunning, it was so quiet we didn't want to go and explore Queenstown preferring to just stay and relax in the beautiful surroundings. We did however manage to tear ourselves away and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would rather not recommend this property as we want to keep it for ourselves!

A cruise on the steam boat TSS Ernslaw to Walter Peak Station, A ride up the Gondola for "top of the world" views ( even higher than we are )A luge ride, para gliding or flying fox ride to the bottom. An exhilarating jet boat ride up the Shot over river or Dart river, A bungee jump, wine & cheese tasting, tramping the Milford track or snow skiing at four different ski fields within easy reach,
and to unwind a relaxing dinner at The Rees Hotel, Botswana Butchery or our very own local Restaurant called V-know,s with friendly host Danny.
