The apartment
Luminous one bedroom apartment for 4 people located in the vibrant Palermo Hollywood district, one of Buenos Aires most cosmopolitan areas to visit.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (the mattress type is a sommier of very good quality) with an ensuite bathroom. It has air conditioning, blackout curtains, bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a closet with hangers and drawers. The ensuite bathroom has a tub with shower, bidet and a vanity unit with mirror.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that converts into 2 single beds. It has a dining table with 4 chairs and also a breakfast bar with 2 modern stools to enjoy a quick meal. There is an air conditioning unit and blackout curtains. From the living room you can access the balcony where there is a table with 2 chairs.
The kitchen is connected through the breakfast bar, and is fully equipped. It has a fridge/ freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a gas cooker with oven, cutlery, crookery and cookware. The kitchen also has blackout curtains for the comfort of guests sleeping in the living room.
The apartment possesses a courtesy toilet. There is high-speed internet WIFI and cable TV.
Linnen and towels are provided as well as essentials to get started in your stay.
The building is quite new and has some amenities such as a small pool and a barbecue. Charges may apply.
The apartment has a minimalist decoration with good taste and has been equipped recently.
The location is very good and close to the public transport. One block away is Santa Fe Avenue and the metro D line (Carranza station). Also nearby is the Carranza station from Mitre train line (to go to the main railway station Retiro). Take the metro or train to get to downtown within 10 minutes. There is also a variety of local bus lines running along Santa Fe Avenue.
Palermo Hollywood is a safe district and has an ample choice of shops and restaurants, making it unique amongst all neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It offers a very rich cultural agenda with theatres, cafés, and the Visual Art district nearby. Restaurants such as La Mar, Pani, Il ballo del Matone, La Dorita, Mooi and many others will fill up your gastronomic agenda!.
