Superb views down Queen Charlotte sound. Massive deck area . Easy access for hiking, fishing, water sports, wineries, etc.
We have just finished completely remodelling this charming house from top to bottom. One of the first houses to ever grace the area, we believe it has one of the the best views and location in Tirimoana (near to Anakiwa). We are very close to Picton (30 mins) for Ferry access and Blenheim (45 mins) for the wine-trails and excellent local food. Linkwater shops are 5 mins away for basics. The Queen Charlotte walking track is 10 mins walk away along with many other walks. 2 mins to a public jetty for boat access. Mountain biking, boating, fishing, etc. That being said, you will probably never want to leave as it is so idyllic and peaceful.

Massive deck with views and sun

The deck area is larger than inside and curves around the house to take full advantage of the sun all day long. The house is sheltered from the cold Southerly and Westerly winds creating a micro-climate of balmy heat. We have erected shade sails to keep cool in the afternoon.
