A 10 minute walk to the Orakei train station, which can take you to Eden Park. Either a 20 minute stroll or 3 minute drive down to Mission Bay where you have plenty of selection of cafe's, bar's and restaurants and the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful walk along the waterfront.
