Master Bedroom upstairs with Queen Bed and modern ensuite, see the magnificent views across the bay when you wake in the morning.
Bedroom two also with a queen bed has french doors opening out to the front verandah, open your curtins to the waterfront view framed by pohutakawa trees.
Bedroom three has two single beds with an optional third. Opening out to a private rear courtyard, where you can catch the morning sun with a book and a cup of tea.
Bedroom four with a single bed, often used for those who snore! An optional extra stretcher bed is available if required.

Living Areas

With a front and a back lounge we cater to those who wish to watch a bit of sport or a movie on tv in the Back Lounge while those who wish to chat and enjoy the views can still make use of the Front Lounge if not still outside on the front verandah enjoying the last of the summer wine. The front lounge has an open fire place to add to the ambience of a winters evening while we also have alternative heating throughout the home to ensure luxurious warmth when needed.
