The view from the property is fantastic. Lovely spot for any seasons. Very good facilities.We weren't expecting any other provision apart from towels but were pleasantly surprised to have the soap, shampoo and coffee/tea provided. Nicola and Anthony were very accommodating and attended to any requests very promptly.
The property was perfect for our stay, we had extended family visiting from Singapore and it was the best setup. We had our own privacy when required and the lounge and playroom was a great common area to socialise.
Will definitely recommend White Peaks Villa as an accommodation choice.

the property was lovely, we felt a little cold at times, the wood provided for the wood heater was plentiful but seemed to burn quickly, warm in bedooms, just central living areas a bit of a problem, otherwise everything fantastic and would stay there again, thanks

The owner tell us instruction to the White Peaks in detail.So we find the house easily.We love the White Peaks during our stay.It is clean and comfortable.And we can see beautiful scenery from the dining room.We are a group of 11 people come from China.We all think we will back again.Queenstown is a lovely city.Thanks for owner who gives us unforgettable memories.

We really enjoyed our stay.and loved the property. Thank you.
For your reference the shared driveway made turning a bit tight. We could not recommend a trailor boat to be taken to the property. The heaters were a challenge as sometimes they clanged all night. The telvision reception was poor in bad weather.
Bedding was lovely and beds comfortable. Lovely comfortable lounge and plenty of room for everyone. Lovely bathrooms - could do with more towel rails. Beautiful outlook. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to others.

Thankyou kindly for the feedback. The clanging of the heaters has now been rectified and tv reception rectified by sky tv dish.

Bedroom 3: 2 sets of single bunks (4 x single beds) with TV and DVD player. Bedroom 4: King bed (may be split into 2 x single beds), TV. Bedroom 5 (on entry level): Queen room (with internal access via the garage). All beds are equipped with electric blankets with radiators in each bedroom. One additional bathroom upstairs with a shower over a 1/2 size bath, toilet and hand basin. One bathroom on the living level with a shower, basin and toilet. The laundry facilities (a washing machine and dryer) are located on the top level. There is an endless supply of hot water at very good pressure. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The living area has a lounge suite, TV and stereo/DVD player,IPod dock. There is a firebox (firewood is supplied) in the lounge as well as gas heated water radiators in all the bedrooms and dinning area. The dining area is open to the kitchen with doors out onto the balcony. The house has a large balcony area with outdoor lighting and furniture. There is a large gas B-B-Q. Table tennis available.All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied and included in the cost. You have private/secure parking underneath the unit for 2 cars.

White Peaks Villa has included at no extra charge facilities to help look after toddlers. Portacot , high chair and safety gates for the stairs are available. Simply advise the manager on arrival and they will be promptly supplied.
