Master Bedroom
The master bedroom occupies the entire east side of the apartment, with walk in wardrobe, expansive 'his' and 'hers' bathroom vanity, plus a extra large bath tub to come home and sink into. Extending from the master bedroom and bathroom is also your own balcony looking out onto Whitaker Place, great for people watching! Or if you'd prefer, draw the curtains and lie down, relax and watch a bit of telly.
|
Guests Bedrooms
Lovely hotel feel guests bedrooms are situated on the west side of the apartment. One being slightly larger than the other, but both comfortable and entirely all too welcoming after a long day of chanting and Team supporting. There is ample storage throughout the apartment, so you don't need to worry about packing lite for once.

Living Areas
There are spectacular views from every window and balcony, from Rangitoto Island, to the Auckland Musem, and even the intriguing lives of fellow apartment dwellers next door (I'm only joking about the intriguing part, but unfortunately can't be helped living in the city). You'll find this place to be very spacious and comfortable, all the bits and bobs you would need are provided, ie some sports gear, board games, books (excuse all my romance novels, I'm a sucker for them), and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is an impressive feature in itself actually, an entirely German engineered product, the entire set up is clean, practical and stylish. Very German if I do say so. And for the rugby matches that are not played at Eden Park, enjoy watching them with friends on the large flat screen TV... Or better yet, take a stroll down the road to a local Pub and watch them there in amongst the hype and excitement.

Surrounding Attractions
You're pretty much smack in the middle, so there are all sorts of attractions very near by. Within walking distance, there is Queen St, the Main St of Auckland City - Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs, Shopping, Movies, Borders Book Store, The Comedy House, The Civic Theatre, Yum Cha on Elliot (my favourite!) and a host of others. There is also K'Rd, this is an eccletic mix of all sorts; shops, people (especially people), eateries (Sal's Pizza - best pepperoni pizza), and bars and night clubs. This is where you will find the most incredible selection of the weird and wonderful (again, I am referring to both shops and people!). Not too far away but unless you bring a pair of comfortable walking shoes I would say the following are driving distance - The Domain, a huge open public park, The Auckland Musem, a must, Vector Arena, if you're here during a show it would be worth catching it, The Viaduct, and of course the Bays - Mission Bay, St Heliers Bay, Kohimarama Bay etc. Like I said, right smack in the middle.
