The Pine Cone Room
A beautiful large room with a king sized bed, private bathroom with a over sized hydrotherapy air bathtub and large walk-in shower, satellite TV, private entrance off the covered deck and two wicker swings just outside your room (on the deck).

The Victorian Room
This beautiful room has many large windows with breathtaking views of the mountains, queen sized sleigh bed, sitting area, satellite TV, private bathroom with a one person hydrotherapy air bathtub and a large walk-in shower.

The Sunset Room
A bright a cheery room with a queen sized bed, sitting area, satellite TV, views of some mountain ranges, private bathroom with an over sized hydrotherapy air bathtub/shower comb.

The Rose Room/apartmnet
This is a small apartment with a large bedroom, queen sized bed, satellite TV, attached private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and his and her sinks, an attached living room and kitchenette/dining area with an outside entrance.

The Observation Room
This many windowed bedroom takes in breathtaking views of the mountains to the south and west. It has two twin beds and a sitting area but no attached bathroom and no Satellite TV. However, there is a private bathroom on a different level of the house to be used exclusively for the guests in this room. The bath has a large walk-in shower.

The Recreation/game/family Room areas
The large family room is on the ground level with comfortable seating and a wet bar area with sink and refrigerator. Off the family room there is a large game room with pool table/ping pong table and dart boards. The family room had a wood burning stove. There are breathtaking views of the mountains from this area as well.

Covered Deck
The covered deck has two wicker swings and lots of other seating to take in the breathtaking views of the mountains and wildlife that surrounds us.

We are close to many attractions within an hours drive. Such as, Pike's Peak, The Royal Gorge, Florissant Fossil Beds, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Wolf Refuge, many hiking areas, hot springs, several scenic driving roads,etc.
