Wakatipu Lodge is located on sought after Park Street, up a private driveway from the lake's edge. Enjoy this unique setting with spectacular views of the Remarkables mountain range, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak and crystal clear Lake Wakatipu. The large front deck is sunny and perfect for BBQing and soaking up the views. The home also has an outdoor spa pool/hot tub in a private backyard setting, which can be made available for a one-off cost of NZ$150. This is the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. Enjoy the stunning colours of the established gardens in spring and summer.

Living areas:

With two separate lounges and two outdoor areas, this home is ideal for large families or groups wanting to spread out. Enjoy the cosy log fireplace, boardgames, books and the large TV with SKY (cable), DVD player and surround sound. The second lounge can be closed off and has a sofa bed, TV and desk with computer and printer. Both living areas have sliding glass doors providing fantastic indoor-outdoor flow.

Bedrooms:

Two bedrooms have king split beds meaning they can be configured as two singles or a king, which gives excellent flexibility for friends, couples and families. The other two bedrooms have king beds. Two bedrooms have lake views with sliding door access to the balcony. Bedroom 4 is accessed separately from the main house, offering peace and privacy. All bedrooms have luxury linens, electric blankets and heating.

Terms and Conditions

•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. •Rates are inclusive of GST. •Minimum night stay of 3 nights most of year (as per council regulation) and 4 nights during ski season. Min 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period and Min 4 night stay applies for Chinese New Year period. •A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. •Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Wakatipu Lodge. •No pets or animals are permitted. •Wakatipu Lodge is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager. •We are required to take a valid credit card for security on arrival at the house, in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken from the card. (We accept MasterCard or Visa). • A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. Payment will need to be arranged directly with property manager.
