Rangi and Susan were amazing to deal with and we felt very welcome. Loved being surrounded by trees with lots of fruit and the kids loved watching the chickens. Awesome location with not far to walk to anything. Hired pushbikes from a place next door to see things further away. Great swimming and snorkeling a very short walk away. Highly recommend for a family, we felt our 2 & 5 year olds were very safe and they had their own room and ensuite away from ours. Thanks so much.

The two staff who stayed in the house said "IT WAS SUPERB" in every way. They were especially thrilled with the fresh fruit, bottled water, cereal etc. which ended up being delivered most of the 7 days they stayed. They weren't expecting this. Would definitely stay here again. Have advised other staff from our Company of this property.

We have no hesitation in recommending this property . Great location, peaceful and more restful than a resort. Relax on the wide decking area, so beautiful. The house has a lovely feel, a very well thought out design. Great swimming beach and not populated. Corner shop 1 minute walk, has milk, internet vouchers, everything that a corner shop should sell. 7 minutes drive to the airport. Great side of the island, beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and music. Bus stop at the end of the road. Situated on a side road off the main route, so minimal traffic noise. Lovely walk up hospital Rd hill to views of the island. Excellent hosts, book in confidence knowing you are in for a treat and you will not be disappointed.

This is a great 2 bedroom villa, easy walking distance to the beach,shop and several restaurants. Susan and her mum were great hosts, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rangi was a very lovely host and was informative about the island. We had no issues and fact that Rangi met us at the house upon arrival and depature made it so much easier as key organisation can be confusing when all you want to do after long flights is get to your destination and make your self at home. Thank you for making our stay without worry and a real holiday.

Note that smoke alarms are now installed, someone had previously mention there were none but the property owner has now installed some. The property was beautifully presented when we arrived and the host very friendly and helpful. There are two double bedrooms each with walk in wardrobes and ensuites great set up, fantastic BBQ and deck area to relax outside amongst the tropical fruit trees and lush tropical garden, very impressed!

Just landed back in NZ having attended a wedding at the Edgewater Resort in Rarotonga. I spent some time looking for a property outside the resort that fitted our needs suited our budget and was within walking distance of the Edgewater. Villa Rarotonga was the ideal holiday home very well appointed in a great location with a fabulous friendly hostess/owner Susan Wichman. I can not recommend this place highly enough, it is everything and more that you see on this website. Thank you Susan we were the envy of all those who visited us whilst under your roof. Kiaorana
