House configuration

The open plan main floor living area features a brand new fully equipped chefs kitchen with walk in pantry and office, adjacent dining table seating 8 and comfortable lounge with wood burning fire. Several bi fold doors open the first level to the gardens and BBQ area, outdoor dining and sunset views over Rangitoto Island to Auckland City. A grand staircase to the upper level leads through the large glass covered atrium to the inground pool. Four double bedrooms, three full bathrooms (two with amazing soaking tubs) and a second lounge/library with TV are situated off the atrium.

Bed Configuration:

Bedroom 1 - superking bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 2 - superking bed (can be split to singles upon request), Bedroom 3 - queen bed, Bedroom 4 - queen bed.

Location:

Rangihoua Estate is a 20 acre olive grove producing some of the finest extra virgin olive oil in the world. The owners are passionate about everything olives and operate Rangihoua Estate tasting room and olive press which is located a kilometre down the road from the residence. Complimentary private tours and tastings are provided for guests of Waiheke Country Villa. The property is available for rental year round and we are able to cater for small functions. All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 30days prior to arrival. A linen hire charge of $20 per person and an exit cleaning fee of $250 applies to each booking. Minimum stays: 7 nights between Christmas and New Year, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights all other times.
