Villa Pelangi is located 30 minutes away from the Bali International airport, at walking distance from the beach and from the most happening café and restaurant scene in Seminyak. Though within the city centre, it is still in a very peaceful area, at a soundproof distance from Jalan Oberoi
(Laksmana) and Jalan Drupadi

Two twin Villas: one Orange (Villa Jeruk) and one White (Villa Salak), offering a total of 4 full AC bedrooms with king size beds and 4 independent bathrooms. Each villa has a fully equipped open style kitchen with bar, open living and dining area, an upper terrace with outdoor queen size bed. Complete range of modern equipment: phone line, wireless internet, TV sets, video / cd players
Both villas are surrounded by a sumptuous tropical garden and lawn, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and outdoor pool shower, large pool deck with fire place, pool chairs, tables, sun beds and umbrellas and an antique bale for massage and relaxation

Electricity: 3 X 5,5kW; 3 X 7,5kW Stavolt.

Cold water: Deep well at 40m with 2 X 700W pump; 5.100 liter storage tank; 1,5kW supply pump to the villas
Hot water: 4 X 80 liter storage tanks with 1.200W electrical heating element each
INDOORBuilt with traditional Balinese straw roof (alang-alang) and
decorated with teak wood antiques, both Villas combine a true Balinese style with modern comfort and a close attention to details.
Each living room space opens out to the garden, swimming pool and sun deck. The two downstairs bathrooms are fitted with a large size granite bathtub.
