Elegant gardens and heated infinity swimming pool

The pool area is spectacular and features a large heated infinity pool from which you have an uninterrupted view of the lake. It also has sun beds and is fully lit so that you can get maximum use from it. The pool positioned alongside the house and set in its own gardens. This is exclusively for your use. Steps lead down from the swimming pool area to the lake shore and a small pebble beach with a private mooring.

At the end of the hall there is an open kitchen and dining room. The glass windows from the dining room open up to a lakeside terrace with a further dining space for large groups. The kitchen appliances are top notch and will please even the most demanding chef. Featuring a Guggenau pizza oven too! The contemporary and stylish living space has been furnished by Fendi and features high tech entertainment system with Sky TV. It has a large lake facing picture window and access directly to the gardens and the pool area.

The bedrooms

Are located on the second level, one double and one twin-bedded room. Both have wonderful views and are light and spacious. On the same floor there is a small study where you can catch up on your emails or play games and another beautifully equipped bathroom with shower. On the top level there is a master bedroom with lake facing windows and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. It has its own large private roof terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and lake and comes complete with sun beds for you to relax and read in the sun!

Access to the property

Is via electric gates that lead to a private driveway with parking for two large cars. At the end of the driveway there is an electric turntable for an easy exit back onto the highway.
