The location is private and the grounds are parklike with a gentle slope down to the lake edge and private jetty.
The outside entertaining area consists of a decked area overlooking the lake and gardens, and paved areas. A BBQ, and outside gas heater are supplied. The outdoor table and chairs seats up to 12.
Large private grounds with native trees and bush including kauri and rimu trees. Native birdlife including pukekos, tui and wood pigeons.
