Villa Concept
The three residences of Candidasa Beach Villas estate are named after the tropical flowers: Frangipani, Lily and Asoka. Each villa has a private entrance and private beach access, as well as a swimming pool and separate staff quarters. All bedrooms are facing the ocean offering spectacular views. All of them are air-‐conditioned, and equipped with four-‐poster king size beds and en-‐suite bathrooms with both bathtub and open air shower. All villas are fully staffed.
Three designer residences set on the beach front in a picturesque bay amidst the towering coconut palm trees -‐ Candidasa Beach Villas are a real gem capable of impressing even the most discerning traveller. It is the unrivalled combination of the modern design with the complete privacy and a truly unique location that makes this estate stand out from the rest. On an island known for its surf breaks and strong currents, a private white sand beach protected from the ocean waves by a coral reef is yet another luxury hard to underestimate and even harder to find, making this property a sought-‐after family holiday destination.
You know you’ve arrived when you reach a traditional village where the way of life hardly changed for centuries – the Villas are set on its boarder, a stone’s throw from Candidasa, a tranquil resort town in the East of Bali. Candidasa used to be known as a favourite holiday destination for the Balinese Rajas back in the days when they ruled the island, hence the three beautiful water palaces build by the Rajas that are a must-‐see when you are here. The area is still famous for its untouched natural beauty – the lusciously green valley spread along the coastline merges with the boundless rice terraces afoot the impressive mountains, amongst which is the sacred Mount Agung, the tallest volcano on the island.
The Villas are designed as an extension of the surrounding landscape. Tropical gardens are reflecting in the turquoise waters of the infinity swimming pools, ocean breezes flow through the spacious interiors under the high thatched roofs inspired by Balinese traditional architecture, and ceiling-‐to-‐floor glass doors and windows take in the boundless sea views. Go snorkling at the house reef, venture out and explore the area or simply stay in and lounge around with a book under the care of our hospitable staff – you will feel so at home you will never want to leave.

Villa overview
There are plenty of lounge areas – four in the open-‐space living room downstairs equipped with cosy sofas and loungers, and a few more with soft cushions on the large terrace upstairs facing the ocean. Air-‐conditioned media room housing a 47’ LCD TV and Bose sound system and a library are adjacent to the living room on the ground floor, along with a fully equipped state-‐of-‐the-‐art master kitchen. With its «island» stove and plenty of space, this is a true dream kitchen to cook one of your very best dinners for family or friends. There is a wine cellar attached, stocked with an extensive selection of local and imported wines and liquors. Experienced cook and attentive butlers will be happy to help you in your culinary experiments.
There are two decks equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas perfect for taking in the sun – one around the 20-‐meters-‐ long swimming pool, and another overlooking the white sands of the villa's private beach.
For those into the healthy lifestyle, there is a small but well equipped gym and a SPA room, where the guests will be able to enjoy massages and other SPA treatments by trained therapists right at the privacy of the villa.
Two master bedrooms and two guest bedrooms occupy the first floor of the property. The other two guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa next to the living area and offer easy access to the spacious grass lawn and the pool deck. All bedrooms are air-‐conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, floor-‐to-‐ceiling French doors and natural teak wood flooring. Each room has its own en-‐suite semi-‐open bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and is ample of wardrobe space. All bedrooms equipped with four-‐poster king size beds and offer breathtaking views of the ocean and the neighbouring island of Nusa Penida. Sweeping balcony stretches along the whole first floor with a «hanging» daybed placed in front of every suite.

Services
he villas are serviced by a team of 18, including maids, butlers, gardeners, security and professional kitchen staff , led by the villa manager with extensive five-‐star resorts management experience under the belt. Despite abundance of staff, privacy of our guests is taken very seriously, and we strive to make sure there is no unnecessary interference of staff with the guests or their daily activities. The staff will mostly be based in the separate staff quarters, servicing the villas while the guests are out or whenever that is most convenient for the guests. However, should the guests require butler service throughout the day to assist them around the villa, it can be arranged. Meals can also be prepared, depending on guests’ preference, either in a separate staff kitchen or the master kitchens at each villa. Moreover, we will be happy to help our guests with any of their requests – from making reservations in the best restaurants to arranging spa treatments or organizing trips around Bali and nearby islands.
