Views on Tussock has an elevated hillside location in Queenstown, within a close proximity to town centre, local ski fields and supermarkets. This modern and spacious home has the perfect location for taking advantage of the endless amenities and activities, while maximising the lake and alpine views that Queenstown is famous for. Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area share fantastic lake views and have a great indoor/outdoor flow onto large balcony. A private and sunny courtyard is also accessible from living area. There are plenty of DVDs, boardgames and books available and a wonderful large open log fireplace in the lounge.

Bedrooms

Three light and spacious bedrooms all with luxury linen and magnificent views. The master king bedroom located on the top floor has a modern ensuite and separate sky box. The two guest bedrooms both share the guest bathroom with a heated towel rail, hair dryer, luxury toiletries and underfloor heating. Master bedroom and second guest bedroom both have king beds, the third guest bedroom has a king-split bed, which allows for flexibility and can be configured as one king or two single beds

The Great Outdoors

The perfect holiday luxury and après ski indulgence: Views on Tussock has a brand new spa pool/hot tub with lake views. There is a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining, which is especially enjoyed in the summer months when the sun doesn't go down until 10pm. At the front of the house is a lake facing balcony with incredible views.

Terms and Conditions

•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. •Rates are inclusive of GST. •Minimum night stay of 3 nights most of year (as per council regulation) and 4 nights during ski season. Min 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NY period. Min 4 night stay applies for Chinese NY period. •A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. •Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Views on Tussock. •No pets or animals are permitted. •Views on Tussock is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager.
