This lovely home, with its tranquil garden setting will delight a family of 5, or two couples, who enjoy coming home to relax after a hard day of sightseeing in and around our beautiful City. Inside our Holiday Home

large open plan living area, well equipped kitchen. Floor boards throughout - excellent for asthmatics! The bathroom has a large shower recess. Laundry has a top loader automatic washer. Plenty of cupboard space in laundry, hallway and both bedrooms.

Outdoor Area

This two bedroom cottage is situated on a 500sqm block - a large grassed area and flower beds with climbing roses are a feature of the gardens, with a native garden which will delight children of all ages whilst they explore underneath the wattles. The property is surrounded by high fences, covered with climbing roses and native Wisteria - keeping you safe and very private.

Secure Parking

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles - with an undercover carport at the end of the driveway. An automatic gate protects your vehicle/s and family.

Local information

Just a five minute walk to the local Swimming pool, featuring both indoor heated pool and outdoor heated pool, a fully equipped gym, sauna, spa, hydrotherapy pool. We have several local parks within a five minute walk, two of which also have gas bbq's. Large shopping centres are a 10 minute walk away. Small local shops are only 5 minutes away, as is the local hotel/bottle shop.

GOLF!!

For those of you who love your game of golf, we have two of Perths best courses within a five minute drive from our holiday home. One is situated at the Burswood Casino and the other at Collier Park (which is next to Curtin University). Ask Mick for the loan of a couple of sets of golf clubs and off you go for the day!!

Perth Zoo - less than a 10 minute drive away.
Perth City - less than 10 minutes by train.
Burswood Casino - less than 5 minutes away.
Swan River - less than 5 minutes away.
We are less than a 30 minute drive to the Indian Ocean and our popular beaches - Scarborough, Cottesloe and City Beach.

Beds settings:

we have two bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with a large king size double bed (hence “sleeps 5”). We do also have the two sofas in the living area which convert to double beds and we do provide a cot for babies as well as high chair, pram etc.
