We have 3 options for you to choose from:

2 BEDROOM COTTAGE:
Combined lounge, dining and kitchen area with fireplace, fully airconditioned, fully fenced private garden and sleeps up to 6 guests. (Outdoor spa not included)

4 BEDROOM COTTAGE:
Extra large combined (airconditioned) living dining and kitchen area with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms (1 with laundry facilities), large private outdoor undercover entertaining and BBQ courtyard and direct access to private heated outdoor spa. 2 bedrooms are also airconditioned. (Bungalow can be used as a second living area, great for the kids.)

6 BEDROOM COTTAGE:
The 2 cottages above combine to make a very large 6 bedroom beach house with internal secure access that can be rented privately for up to 25 guests. Additional beds provided.

Each cottage has its own private fully fenced garden providing safe and secure child and pet friendly areas. There is also plenty of secure off street parking for up to 6 cars or your boats and trailers. Linen can be provided for all bookings, if required, for a small laundering fee. A baby cot (BYO bedding & linen) and highchair are provided free of charge.

The maximum guests allowed in a room is per bedding configuration. There are 3 double sofa beds which are only available when both cottages are booked together.

Weekdays:
Cottage 1. $200 per night
Cottage 2. $400 per night

Weekends:
Cottage 1. $250 per night
Cottage 2. $500 per night

Discounts may apply for weekly bookings.

XMAS/JAN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS/LONG WEEKENDS - 3 Night Minimum Applies.
EASTER LONG WEEKEND/MELB CUP WEEKEND: 4 Night Minimum Booking.

ALL LONG WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - $900 per night Includes 'Exclusive Use' of the property for up to 25 guests.

Last Minute and 'GAP filler' Availability may allow for 1-2 night bookings during peak season. (Short stay surcharge 30% may apply)

NO PARTY POLICY:

The Love Shack policy is to ensure all our guests can enjoy their time with us and not be inconvenienced through noise or actions of others. The Love Shack will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a "party or function" within the residential property (unless with prior wriitten approval from management). For further details please enquire.
