Upton Heights is a wonderfully appointed holiday home in Wanaka. Whether you are here for a few days or staying for longer, this holiday home is an extremely comfortable base for your holiday. It is very family friendly and spacious for a group of up to 10 guests.

Upton Heights has been tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings. The house is very warm with 2 heat pumps (upstairs and downstairs), a wood burner in the downstairs living area and additional electric heaters. With a fully equipped kitchen, scullery and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area.

Amazing outlook
Upton Heights has a terrific outlook toward the picturesque lake and wonderful mountains of the Mt Aspiring National Park and surrounding hills of Wanaka. The downstairs living area opens onto a fantastic patio area, with high quality outdoor furniture and a great BBQ. The house is a 5 minute walk to the Wanaka village with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Our quirky Cinema Paradiso is only 5 minutes away and is well worth a visit. Wanaka is very much a tourist hotspot and you will find the town amenities of the highest standard.

Winter Skiing
Wanaka has 3 superb ski resorts. Treble Cone and Cardrona are both only a short driving distance from Wanaka. The Snow Farm is a a cross-country ski field with snow shoeing options. Wanaka is a favourite Australasian destination for skiing, snowboarding and for the adventurous - Heli skiing!

Wanaka is the gateway to the Mount Aspiring National Park. With fabulous day walks, overnight hikes, and spectacular scenery. This inspiring destination is in the heart of the Southern Alps and is a must stop for outdoor lovers.

Wanaka boasts superb trout and salmon fishing especially during the summer months. We can assist with recommending fishing guides for lake, river, or raft fishing. Dryfly season here is exceptionally long and the scenery whilst fishing is outstanding.
